Why Two Systems

Radar Confirms What the Camera Sees

Doppler radar tracks the ball's full flight path after it leaves the face — strong for carry, total distance, and apex height, especially outdoors or on longer shots. High-speed camera tracking reads the club and ball in the first fraction of a second after impact — strong for face angle, path, and spin axis, especially indoors where radar loses the ball early.

Running both at once means a driver session isn't relying on one method's blind spot. When the two disagree on a number, that's usually the most useful moment of the fitting — it means something at impact needs a second look.
